Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at JobsKart, you will be a key player in the recruitment efforts of our team. Your responsibilities will include organizing and facilitating smooth interviews for candidates to ensure a positive experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. In this role, you will serve as the main contact for candidates and hiring managers, overseeing recruitment processes and continuously improving efficiency. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews, coordinating with operations teams for recruitment alignment, and expanding our candidate pool through online platforms and social networking. Additionally, you will review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and provide constructive feedback to candidates. Guiding new hires through the onboarding process will be part of your role, collaborating with HR and teams to enhance their experience. You will also be involved in sourcing business opportunities, engaging with clients for potential collaborations, and building relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and address challenges.
