Your responsibilities include organizing and facilitating smooth interviews for candidates to ensure a positive experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies. As the main contact for candidates and hiring managers, you will oversee recruitment processes, continuously improving efficiency. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, coordinate with operations teams for recruitment alignment, and expand the candidate pool through online platforms and social networking. In this role, you will review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and provide constructive feedback to candidates. You will guide new hires through the onboarding process, collaborating with HR and teams to enhance their experience. Moreover, you will source business opportunities, engage with clients for potential collaborations, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, assist in workforce planning, and address staffing challenges. Please note that a laptop is mandatory for this position. This job offers full-time, permanent, fresher, and internship opportunities with a contract length of 3 months.
