Position

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from the hospitality and real estate sectors.
Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with the companys values and role requirements.
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys profile as a preferred employer.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
1 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the hospitality and real estate sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
