Job Summary:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for
non-IT roles
across various teams
Source potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, and references
Conduct preliminary screenings and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Collaborate with team leads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Support HR team in additional activities related to hiring and onboarding

Requirements:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in recruitment, preferably non-IT hiring
Prior experience in the
interior design or related industry
is a plus
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing platforms
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
