Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring, or mass recruitment preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of sales hiring principles and non-IT recruitment practices. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders including clients and candidates.
