Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end hiring for various functions across the organization. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and source the right candidates. Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals for sourcing. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with teams Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports. Build and manage relationships with top colleges and universities. Plan and execute campus drives, internship programs, and management trainee hiring Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campus hiring needs. Organize and lead pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interview rounds. Create strong employer branding initiatives to attract campus talent Preferred candidate profile Must be an Immediate Joiner Should have good communication skills Mandatory Excel experience Qualification would be MBA/PGDM in Human Resource or related field. Should have Good Knowledge of HR functions. location would be Mumbai/Noida
