Job Description

Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for media and digital roles across Dentsu Media. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and external partners to meet business hiring goals efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for media, digital, and allied roles (sourcing to onboarding) Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS systems to source quality candidates Screen, evaluate, and schedule interviews with potential hires Coordinate with interview panels and ensure timely feedback management Maintain and update hiring trackers, reports, and dashboards Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and process transparency Work on employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns as required Key Skills & Requirements Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in media, digital, or advertising industry Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using job portals and social media Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting (Workday experience is a plus) Why Join Us?
