Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
Get involved into HR discussions and Offer negotiation

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or technical recruitment (IT hiring).
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and industry trends.
