Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  • Get involved into HR discussions and Offer negotiation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or technical recruitment (IT hiring).
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and industry trends.
