Key Responsibilities

Sales Hiring (Primary Focus)

• Drive end-to-end hiring for

  Academic Counsellors / Inside Sales roles

  .
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal referrals, etc.).
  
• Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates at all times.
  

Target Achievement

• Consistently achieve

  weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring targets

  .
• Maintain dashboards, track daily inputs, and ensure strong funnel management.
  
• Work closely with Sales leadership to forecast hiring needs and close positions within deadlines.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  
• Align with business demands and deliver quality profiles quickly.
  
• Provide timely updates to the TA Manager and Sales Heads.
  

Process Excellence

• Ensure best candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports accurately.
  
• Follow structured evaluation methods to ensure quality hiring.
  

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in

  bulk hiring / volume hiring

  , preferably for sales roles
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
  
• Highly driven, target-oriented, and proactive
  
• Comfortable working with tight deadlines and aggressive hiring goals
  
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools will be an advantage
  

Qualifications

• 1-3 years

  of experience in Talent Acquisition (EdTech experience preferred)
• Strong experience in hiring for

  inside sales roles

• Bachelors degree in any field
