As a Corporate Recruiter, your role involves reviewing job descriptions to understand the needs of the Clients/stakeholders. It is important to conduct research and ask questions that will help you identify the right candidate(s). You will be responsible for seeking out candidates through various channels such as networking, social media, job portals, and employee referrals to find the top talent for open positions. Your ability to create articulate, professional, and attention-grabbing job postings on different online and offline resources is crucial to attract the right candidates. In this role, you will meet with applicants to discuss the position and screen them for suitability. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews. Negotiating salary and other terms of employment with candidates, as well as gaining commitment from them for current and future job requirements, will be part of your responsibilities. Keeping candidates informed about the progress is essential for building credibility and maintaining a positive relationship with them. Furthermore, you will be responsible for making job offers to applicants who pass the screening and interview processes and are approved by management. This involves providing them with an offer letter and discussing the benefits, requirements, and details of the position.
