Talent Acquisition Executive

Position:

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles including Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, Facilities, Digital Marketing, etc.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, headhunting, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Handle offer negotiation, salary discussion, and post-offer follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

Admin & Operations (20%)

• Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate office administration tasks like attendance tracking, asset issuance, and coordination with vendors (if needed).
• Support HR operations and day-to-day functional requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of real estate roles and industry hiring patterns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and job portal management.
