Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharma roles (Medical Representatives, Area Managers, QA/QC, Production, Packaging, Regulatory Affairs, etc )
  • Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare clear job descriptions
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, field sourcing, and internal database
  • Conduct initial screening, assess candidate fit, and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate interview rounds with HR, department heads, and management
  • Maintain strong candidate pipeline for urgent and bulk requirements
  • Manage offer negotiation, salary discussion, and finalize onboarding dates
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, feedback communication, and closing positions within TAT
  • Maintain recruitment MIS: daily hiring tracker, selected candidate list, joining status, etc
  • Collaborate with HR team on onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction
  • Ensure recruitment processes follow compliance and pharma industry standards
