Job Description

This position is responsible for managing recruitment strategies while functioning as a strategic HR partner to the business. This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent, and enhancing employer branding. Additionally, the role will work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving employee engagement, development, and retention.

  • Adherence to budget (Recruitment and Employee Engagement initiatives)
  • Build the Parksons brand on campus/online and attract best talent
  • Attrition & Retention Rate
  • Timely actions to ensure high levels of employee engagement


KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment processes accordingly.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods.
  • Improve employer branding through strategic social media and other recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure hiring processes are efficient and effective.
  • Work with external recruitment agencies as needed for specialized roles or high-volume hiring.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding.


Business HR Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify workforce needs, drive organizational changes, and develop talent management strategies.
  • Support employee lifecycle management, including performance reviews, succession planning, career development, and employee relations.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through targeted initiatives such as recognition programs, training and development, and well-being programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects that contribute to company growth and operational efficiency.

MIS and Reporting

  • Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports on hiring status – monthly hiring plan update, sourcing effectiveness
  • Create and review monthly MIS reports to evaluate the cost/budget performance
  • Proactive Industry Mapping for key / frequency hired roles for faster turnaround
  • Review the confirmation ratings of the new hires to understand the quality of recruitment – to highlight specific trends
