About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
entire recruitment lifecycle
from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding the right candidate.
Collaborate with
internal stakeholders and hiring managers
to define job requirements and expectations.
Source candidates
through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
Conduct
initial screening and shortlisting
of candidates based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the
scheduling and coordination of interviews
, assessments, and feedback sessions.
Maintain and update the
applicant tracking system (ATS)
and recruitment dashboards regularly.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Partner with HR and business teams for
offer rollout, negotiation
, and
onboarding coordination.

Requirements:

Minimum 2
years of experience
in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Proven experience in
end-to-end hiring
, preferably in IT/Consulting/Services industries.
Strong in
stakeholder management
, candidate engagement, and negotiation.
Familiarity with
job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter
, ATS tools, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work in a
hybrid model
3 days from the Airoli office.
