Role Overview

Talent Attraction & Acquisition team

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  Talent Hunt

  through various job portals, LinkedIn, social media campaigns, and campus outreach.

• Screen resumes

  and conduct initial HR interactions to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers to schedule and track interviews.
  
• Manage and follow up on

  MRF (Manpower Requisition Form)

  collection and approvals.
• Support in

  pre-onboarding activities

  including document verification, BGV (Background Verification) follow-ups, and HR formalities.
• Prepare and share

  offer letters, joining kits, and onboarding communication

  with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and weekly reports.
  
• Contribute to building

  employer branding initiatives

  for attracting top talent.
• Provide general support in other HR activities as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a fast learner.
