MediaTechTemple is an IT & Digital Solutions company offering services in digital marketing, surveys, telecom, IT support, and business operations. We are expanding our HR & Talent Acquisition team and looking for a dedicated Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring.

Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Bharatpur, Rajasthan (On-site)Experience Required: 1–3 years in HR / RecruitmentSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle for IT & Non-IT positions
• Source candidates from Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and tracking sheets
• Draft job descriptions and post jobs on hiring platforms
• Ensure smooth communication and candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment MIS / reports
• Support HR with onboarding formalities when required

Required Skills

• Experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Understanding of basic IT and non-IT job profiles
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings
• Familiarity with ATS or Google Sheets
• Good coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
• Experience working in an IT or service-based company
• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
