Human Resource Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our Campus Hiring Team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on fresher hiring through campus drives and online job portals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support campus recruitment drives across colleges. • Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement cells. • Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals for fresher roles. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports. • Assist in onboarding processes for selected candidates.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Management, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Comfortable with travel to colleges (as needed). • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
