Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with the companys growth and business goals.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Partner with senior leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Metrics & Reporting:

  Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.

• Candidate Experience:

  Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and smooth recruitment processes.

• Technology Utilization:

  Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and other technologies to optimize recruitment operations.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition

• Proven experience in hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles across various levels and functions.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
  
• Proven ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
