Position Goals & Objectives:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for roles across departments at Smartworks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 3-5 years experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in various hiring tools, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential future applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Input into overall hiring strategy of all the vertical to ensure the teams consists of diverse set of qualified individuals
  • Ensure we are ahead of the curve in terms of attracting and building the talent pipeline in sync with the Technology Roadmap
  • Identify optimal sources of Talent pool for both short term and futuristic needs.
  • Devise strategies to put Smartworks on the map as an employer of choice for through employer branding initiatives, campus engagements, internships etc.
  • Be passionate about the building a superlative candidate experience.
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations are met.
  • Engage with line managers and team members to understand/suggest developmental needs for up skilling the IT team across the company.
  • Connect and work closely with the all departments and provide input on business unit restructures, workforce and succession planning.
  • Must have the ability to understand technology and stay abreast of industry trends and standards within the tech industry while actively nurturing a network of top technical Talent
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualification Required:

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience to proactively source/headhunt candidates via various channels
  • Passion and flair for engaging and building a relationship with Talent.
  • Keen understanding of the requirements of current and future roles.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
