Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


end-to-end recruitment cycle


2. Build strong pipelines through active sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, job boards, communities, referrals).


Partner with hiring managers


4. Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Maintain recruitment dashboards and track key hiring metrics


6. Strengthen employer branding efforts, including social media hiring campaigns, content, and events.


Requirements:


2-5 years of talent acquisition experience


2. Proven experience hiring for tech + business roles in a fast-paced environment.


3. Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of advanced Boolean search and outreach strategies.


4. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.


5. Data-driven approach; comfortable working with ATS and recruitment analytics.
