Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website).
• Source candidates using databases, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) to evaluate candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
• Coordinate the onboarding process of selected candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and share recruitment reports and analytics with management.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong internship experience may apply).
• Knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., IT, manufacturing, sales].
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
