Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Associate located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks include coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and conducting initial screenings. The Talent Acquisition Associate will also maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Interviewing
• Recruiting experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
