Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate Location: Bangalore, India Role and Responsibilities Support ColorTokens’ end-to-end recruiting and talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding in a timely and effective manner, including hiring reviews, managing all recruiting dashboards and documentation Manage recruitment timelines and meet the defined hiring KPI and objectives Successfully manage talent searches on a predefined timeline; set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, as well as understand how to prioritize hiring needs in a fast-paced environment Work with business stakeholders, partners, and vendors to proactively identify potential future hires ahead of time and meet the company’s recruiting goals Take over and own campus and capstone hiring programs to identify up and coming talent on campuses, including internship programs. Skills and Qualifications MBA/ BE or equivalent practical experience Up to 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience Past/ current experience with cybersecurity companies is preferred Excellent communicator in written and verbal form Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management Show more Show less
