As a Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition within the Market Research department in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in the organization's talent acquisition strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting recruitment strategies and manpower plans aligned with business needs - Positioning the company as an Employer of Choice with a seamless candidate experience - Acting as a trusted advisor to business and hiring leaders using market insights - Meeting monthly closure targets, maintaining set TAT, and offer-to-join ratio - Adhering to source mix, keeping early attrition below set standards, and managing the dropout rate - Ensuring 100% compliance with policies, ATS, and hiring documentation - Maintaining the set quality of hiring through post-hire confirmations - Building a high-performing team that exceeds KPIs such as closures and pipeline health - Driving high-velocity and quality recruitment through strong team capabilities - Standardizing and streamlining recruitment processes for efficiency and compliance - Leveraging data and insights to optimize recruitment strategies and guide decisions - Rapidly fulfilling billable roles in sync with project/client timelines - Ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery with optimal resource utilization To excel in this role, you should possess: - Exposure to end-to-end recruitment, including market/talent mapping and salary benchmarking - Exceptional stakeholder and people management skills - Hands-on experience in recruitment analytics, reporting, and presentation to stakeholders using ATS/HRMS and reporting tools - A technological bent of mind and the ability to adapt to the latest technical advancements in recruitment - Good negotiation and convincing skills - Good business acumen - Key skills/attributes such as emotional intelligence, agility, and good decision-making crucial to succeeding as a talent acquisition lead If you find this opportunity relevant and are interested, please apply or share your updated resume at sanjana@leadway.in,
