Immediate Joiner or with in 15days Designation: Senior Manager- Overall Accounting Work location : Chennai, Work-from-office Working Days : 6 Days - Monday To Saturday Shift Timings : General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Desired Skills : Experience of working on all 3 towers of accounting i.e. accounts payable, receivable and general ledger; experience of handling a team JOB DESCRIPTION: General Ledger Accounting concepts & Processing Required to have a good knowledge of accounting concepts related to Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet Experience in Accounting and Taxation Understanding of General Accounting, month close procedure, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Good understanding of the outsourced environment and well-versed with client management Have extended experience in managing day-to-day accounting and operations teams in third-part BPO set up Ability to manage demanding clients through improvement planning and long-term vision of improving service levels Have extensive experience in process review, continuous process improvement and driving efficiency in team Ensuring regular governance with various stakeholders and client to ensure zero surprise operations Managing team size of 25+ people managing various roles in AP, AR, GL, Reporting, Chatfield maintenance, verification of invoices, expense verification and responsible for their career and succession planning Review existing process and explore ways of improving process through various tools and technology.
