Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TA Manager located in Jaipur. The TA Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and maintaining talent databases. The TA Manager will also be responsible for employer branding initiatives and developing relationships with educational institutions and other potential talent pools.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and candidate sourcing
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with recruitment software and talent databases
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and educational institutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the technology or communication industry is a plus
