We are looking for a GTM Lead to own both revenue growth and market positioning for our tech staffing business. This is a hybrid role—equal parts sales leader and strategic thinker —ideal for someone who wants to build GTM from scratch and scale it globally. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Own revenue targets for the staffing vertical. Build and manage a predictable pipeline of global clients (startups, scaleups, enterprises). Negotiate and close high-value staffing deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to guarantee successful onboarding and retention. 2. GTM Strategy & Positioning Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for Sunday Labs’ staffing solutions. Create differentiated messaging, narratives, and sales collateral.
