Let’s be honest — we’re not looking for a "people person."
We’re looking for someone who can herd recruiters, charm clients, kill open roles, and make sure nothing ever falls through the cracks (yes, even when the JD is vague and the client wants a unicorn by tomorrow).
- Lead a team of 10–12 recruiters without losing your mind
- Ensure zero spillages (translation: no ghosted follow-ups, no messy dashboards)
- Build client trust so strong they message you, not HR
- Close every open role within the agreed TAT (because you secretly love pressure)
- Translate chaos into structure, and panic into process
- Ability to close roles received, yesterday!
Prior experience with staff aug and contractual hiring is mandatory!
