Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Manager for our Vadodara location, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the EPC-Engineering, Procurement, and Construction industry. - Talent Sourcing & Selection: Identifying and engaging with potential candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline and conducting thorough selection processes. - Team Management: Leading and managing a team of recruitment professionals to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes. - Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide timely recruitment solutions. - Analytics & Reporting: Utilizing data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to senior management. - Candidate Experience & Compliance: Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
