Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across India. In this role, you will oversee a team of recruiters, drive full-cycle recruiting strategies, and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top talent that aligns with our business goals and culture. You will act as a key partner to business leaders, providing market insights, optimizing hiring processes, and building a strong employer brand in the region.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Use data and analytics to track hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and hard-to-fill positions.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in India.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with all local labor laws and internal policies.
- Lead diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruiting practices.
- Collaborate with regional/global HR and TA teams to align on best practices, tools, and technology.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience hiring across a variety of functions (e.g., commercial, tech, operations).
- Strong knowledge of the talent market in India and regional hiring trends.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or matrixed environment is a plus.
