Knowledge of Managed Backup tools, file/virtual disk restores, DFS, namespaces and replication.
Ability to troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, routing (static/dynamic) and general server/network issues.
Familiarity with A/CNAME/MX records, spam filtering, whitelisting/blacklisting and encryption policies.
Working knowledge of Exchange/Office 365 mail flow, connectors, transport rules, eDiscovery and compliance features.
Understanding of RD Gateway, Remote App publishing and server-side diagnostics.
Basic experience with SQL Server, SQL services, ODBC troubleshooting and RBL checks.
Working knowledge of Version Control Systems (VCS) such as Git for source code management, change tracking, and collaboration.
Familiarity with SAN/NAS, iSCSI/Fibre Channel, RAID, iDRAC and Dell OMSA.
Ability to manage WAP deployments, modify scripts and use the Office Deployment Tool.
Hands-on experience with file shares and SharePoint (site creation, permissions, troubleshooting).
Set up new employee workstations and coordinate hardware/software procurement.
Manage and track approved IT assets (hardware/software).
Customize desktop applications based on user requirements.
Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs and remote connectivity.
Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, drivers and updates.
Resolve user issues related to hardware, software and networking within defined SLAs.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
