System Engineer

Key responsibilities Process analysis and improvement: Evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. They then develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. System design and implementation: Design and lay out new production systems, including equipment, processes, and factory workflows. This also involves selecting and installing new machinery. Product development: Work with design teams to create new products and prototypes, testing and improving them for performance and manufacturability. Quality control: Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure products meet standards and are manufactured according to regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including production, R&D, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and informed decision-making. Problem-solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise during production, respond to equipment breakdowns, and provide technical support. Documentation: Maintain records, prepare reports on production data, and ensure processes comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.  Essential skills Technical skills: Proficiency in process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and product/system design. Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Communication skills: Ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Leadership and teamwork: Capacity to work effectively with diverse teams, manage projects, and potentially supervise technical staff. Attention to detail: Meticulousness in maintaining standards and documentation.
