Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement. Set and monitor sales quotas, performance goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance their skills and maximize performance. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team meetings to track progress and provide constructive feedback. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed. Foster a positive, results-driven team culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Sales Operations and Reporting: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and maintaining customer relationships.
