This is a senior executive position with full accountability for the operations, growth, and strategic direction of the India business. The role combines large-scale operations leadership , market expansion , and commercial responsibility , positioning India as a critical hub for global delivery and innovation. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership and Excellence Lead and optimize end-to-end operations across analytics, digital solutions, transformation, and support functions. Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and delivery excellence , ensuring alignment with global standards and compliance with local regulations. Market Expansion and Growth Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and service segments from the India base. Drive revenue growth through client acquisition , account expansion, and solution innovation. Leadership and People Development Lead, mentor, and inspire senior leadership teams across multiple sites and business lines. Develop strong talent pipelines and succession plans while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Collaborate effectively with global leadership teams to ensure India’s contribution to overall business goals. Strategic Initiatives Identify and deliver on transformation, automation, and digital initiatives to strengthen competitiveness and client value. Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform priorities and decision-making. Candidate Profile 20+ years of senior leadership experience in analytics, digital transformation, operations, or technology consulting environments. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations , P&L responsibility, and complex delivery ecosystems for global clients. Proven ability to drive market entry and expansion , revenue growth, and client relationships at the enterprise level. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute at pace in dynamic, evolving markets. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the CXO level .
