Title - Support Engineer (L1 &L2) for One Network TMS Language - English Location - Hyderabad Duration - Full time permanent job Workplace type - Hybrid Experience - 4+ years Job Description: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented L1 & L2 Support Engineers to join our KWE team. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical foundation in Python, React, RESTful APIs, and experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) like ONE NETWORK TMS, Oracle TMS, or similar solutions. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing support to end-users, and ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems. Roles & Responsibilities: · Provide first-line (L1) and second-line (L2) technical support for applications, focusing on Python, React, and RESTful APIs. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to TMS solutions (e.g., ONE NETWORK TMS, Oracle TMS). · Monitor system performance, identify issues, and escalate complex problems to One Network vendor. · Document support cases, solutions, and technical procedures accurately. · Assist with system updates, patches, and configuration changes. · Provide end-user training and support documentation when needed. Skill set Required: · Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for debugging and support tasks. · Understanding of React for front-end application troubleshooting. · Experience with RESTful APIs and integration frameworks. · Experience with TMS solutions such as ONE NETWORK TMS, Oracle TMS, or similar platforms. · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with MySQL/Maria DB programming. · Familiarity with Azure Devops · Familiarity with Airflow and Informatica · Experience with any incident management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow etc. · Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Technologies Required: 1.Python, React, RESTful API 2.ONE NETWORK TMS / Oracle TMS or any other TMS solution Experience (Min ~ Max): 2-6 Years Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience Required: · For L1 Support: 2–4 years of relevant technical support experience. · For L2 Support: 4+ years of technical support or development experience, preferably in L2 roles.
