Position Summary
As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, office networks, user access, and cloud services while ensuring compliance and security. The role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, AWS user management, and privileged access controls. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. System Maintenance & Support
  • Manage, monitor, and maintain IT systems, servers, and endpoints
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
2. User Access & Identity Management
  • Create, manage, and decommission user accounts and permissions
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ensure compliance with access control policies and audit requirements
3. Cloud & Infrastructure Administration
  • Manage AWS accounts, user provisioning, and access control
  • Administer AWS Workspaces and ensure their availability/security
  • Oversee PAM (Privileged Access Management) and enforce security protocols
4. Network & Security Management
  • Monitor and maintain office network connectivity, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Implement IT compliance and data security policies
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
5. Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and procedures
  • Record recurring issues, fixes, and improvements for knowledge sharing

Required Skills:
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT administration or system support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networks, and cloud technologie
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with AWS user management and Workspaces
  • Familiarity with PAM tools and access control management
  • Understanding of IT compliance frameworks and data security protocols
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: M365 Administrator, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or CompTIA Security+
  • Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
  • Exposure to IT compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR, etc.)
