Support transition of ownership and management of Intune Endpoint platform to new provider, recipient, or staff.O365Experience:5+yearsimplementation and management of Windows 365 Cloud PCs within a newly established Microsoft Intune tenant ,Initial Build and Deployment of Windows 365 Cloud PC Environment ,Architect and implement a Windows 365 Cloud PC environment tailored to organizational needs, leveraging the capabilities of a new, dedicated Intune tenant, Define and configure provisioning policies for Cloud PCs, including assignment of appropriate Cloud PC SKUs and sizing according to user roles and workload requirements.Stand up and configure a new Intune tenant, integrating it with Windows 365 to facilitate seamless device and user policy management.Deploy and configure all required networking, security, and identity components, including Azure AD integration, conditional access, and endpoint protection for Cloud PCs. Develop and assign Intune device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments to Cloud PCs, ensuring adherence to corporate security and management standards.Assign Cloud PCs to designated users and user groups, with automatic provisioning and lifecycle management handled via Intune.Ongoing Management and SupportProvide Tier 2/3 level support for ticket escalated for Windows 365 environment., Enrolment/management/imaging issues escalated from front line IT teams and other internal IT resources for Hypercare period. Support transition of ownership and management of Intune Endpoint platform to new provider, recipient, or staff. During Hypercare period, transition knowledge, documentation, process, and design to designated staff or third parties for long term services hand over, Set up continuous monitoring for Cloud PC health, performance, and compliance. Generate regular reports on key operational metrics and proactively address emerging issues. Coordinate maintenance and update activities for the Windows 365 Cloud PC fleet, including policy refreshes, application deployment updates, and ongoing alignment with organizational compliance
