Support Consultant

As a Support Consultant at 3Shape located in Mumbai, you will be reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Support. 3Shape is a company that specializes in creating 3D Scanning & CAD/CAM software solutions, offering cutting-edge technology that empowers dental professionals to provide more effective treatment with improved patient care. With a global presence, 3Shape aims to deliver exceptional customer service and is seeking a Team Lead to manage the Customer Support team in India to ensure a superior customer experience. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support on 3Shape hardware and software through various channels such as online sessions, telephone, emails, and occasional on-site events. You will be responsible for managing support cases, gathering relevant information from customers as per company procedures, and documenting these interactions in the company's CRM system. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments and escalate customer feedback as needed. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support within an international company with a multicultural environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Outlook, Excel, and Word, along with experience in CRM systems, is essential. Strong communication skills in English (Upper Intermediate and higher), both verbal and written, are required. A customer-centric approach, problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and the capacity to handle stress are key competencies needed for this position. You should also demonstrate analytical, multitasking, and empathetic skills, coupled with a drive for self-development and continuous learning.
