What You'll Do As a Support Consultant, you'll play a vital role in transforming client organizations by applying proven Lean and KAIZEN™ methodologies. This is a high-impact consulting role designed for professionals who thrive on driving measurable change and sustainable improvements. Key Responsibilities: Deliver KAIZEN™ & Lean implementation projects at client sites, ensuring strong outcomes aligned with operational excellence objectives Use tools like Value Stream Mapping, Five 'S', Standard Work, SMED, TPM, Visual Management, and Problem Solving (A3/ PDCA) to implement real change Partner with client teams to identify improvement opportunities , design innovative solutions, and build internal capabilities Ensure timely and quality delivery of consulting assignments with strong stakeholder engagement. Support ongoing development and excellence of the R&KD (Research & Knowledge Development) team Contribute to creating and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement at client organizations Who We're Looking For We're seeking lean professionals with 0–4 years of hands-on experience in implementing operational excellence initiatives using KAIZEN™ tools and techniques Ideal Candidate Profile: Educational Background: B.Tech and M.Tech in Industrial or Production Engineering, or MBA in Operations / Logistics / Supply Chain Management Experience: 0–4 years of hands-on consulting or in-house implementation of Kaizen & Lean strategies Skills: Strong knowledge of Lean tools and techniques (VSM, Five 'S', Root Cause Analysis, Visual Management, etc.) Excellent analytical, problem-solving , and public speaking skills High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel (Advanced) Hands on experience using Power BI, Tableau, Minitab for data-driven decision-making Familiarity with Python, SQL, or RPA is a plus Why Join Kaizen Institute?
