Support Consultant

As a Support Consultant at Kaizen Institute South Asia, you will play a crucial role in supporting client deliveries across India, Africa, UAE, and Southeast Asia. Your willingness to travel and adapt to new challenges will be key in this role. You will also have the opportunity for potential long-term deployment in Africa based on business and client requirements. - Prepare yourself to be a consultant and deliver consulting assignments effectively. - Implement KAIZEN Tools & Strategies at client organizations to achieve Operational Excellence goals. - Drive process improvements and deliver agreed results to help clients gain a competitive advantage. - Deliver quality service to clients consistently. - Achieve a 100% score on discipline in R&KD initiatives. - Support and contribute to the development of the Circle. - BTech in Industrial Production Engineering and/or MTech in Industrial/Production Engineering/MBA in Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management. - Proficiency in PowerPoint presentation skills. - Strong analytical skills. - Excellent problem-solving and public speaking abilities. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, RPA. - Experience with statistical tools like Minitab, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
