Responsibilities:Technical Support:Assist users with basic troubleshooting of PMIS applications (e
g, login problems, report access issues) under the guidance of Senior Consultants
Follow established procedures to resolve common user inquiries and document solutions in the knowledge base
Assist with data entry, basic configuration tasks, and user training materials
Escalate complex user issues and technical problems to Senior Consultants for further investigation and resolution
Knowledge Acquisition and Learning:Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to build expertise in supported PMIS applications (eg, Primavera P6, Unifier, Acconex, Enablon)
Shadow Senior Consultants during user interactions to observe best practices in problem-solving and solution delivery
Conduct independent research to find solutions for user inquiries and contribute relevant information to the knowledge base
Communication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with users, clarifying their needs, providing clear explanations, and following up to ensure their satisfaction
Collaborate with colleagues within the support team to share knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and learn from each other s experiences
Document user interactions, solutions implemented, and lessons learned in a clear and concise manner
Key Skills:Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in a technical support role or relevant IT experience with their assigned PMIS application (Primavera P6, Unifier, Acconex, or Enablon)
Basic understanding of IT concepts and familiarity with user support methodologies
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and follow instructions effectively
Strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and a desire to learn and grow in the PMIS support field
