Support Consultant

As a Microsoft Identity Manager - Support Consultant at Vintiq Consultancy, your role involves ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 by applying updates, resolving errors, providing technical support, conducting health checks, assisting in configurations, and maintaining clear documentation. You will be responsible for managing user identity and access, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize identity management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth operations of Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 by applying updates, product fixes, and security enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues caused by defects or application errors in MIM 2016. - Provide L2/L3 support via web-based ticketing system and phone support during business hours. - Conduct periodic health checks to identify bottlenecks, recommend patches, and generate review reports. - Assist in configuring MIM 2016 parameters and re-configurations as required. - Guide installation of updates, patches, and upgrades through remote support. - Maintain clear records of fixes, upgrades, and health check recommendations. Qualifications: - Strong knowledge in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) - 2016 configuration and maintenance. - Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Solid understanding of security practices related to identity management. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator) are a plus.,
