Maintenance & Updates: Ensure smooth operations of Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 by applying updates, product fixes, and security enhancements.

Error Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues caused by defects or application errors in MIM 2016.

Technical Support: Provide L2/L3 support via web-based ticketing system and phone support during business hours.

Health Checks & Monitoring: Conduct periodic health checks to identify bottlenecks, recommend patches, and generate review reports.

Configuration Support: Assist in configuring MIM 2016 parameters and re-configurations as required.

Installation & Upgrade Support: Guide installation of updates, patches, and upgrades through remote support.

Documentation: Maintain clear records of fixes, upgrades, and health check recommendations.

Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for a Microsoft Identity Manager - Support Consultant, located in India, with some remote work options. The consultant will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Identity Manager implementations. Daily tasks include managing user identity and access, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system security. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance and optimize identity management processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) - 2016 configuration and maintenance
• Experience with identity and access management solutions
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Solid understanding of security practices related to identity management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator) are a plus
