About the Role:

This role will be technical, and you would be expected to be able to learn several platforms like page builders, autoresponders/ESPs, tracking software, webinar systems etc.

As an Inventrope Consultant, you will be our go-to person for technical support, documentation, billing, and admin support.

Using your tech savvy and strong written English communication, you will help us and our clients get the information they need as soon as they need it.

Hiring Process:

• Test of Written Communication will be part of the interview
• Walk-ins are not entertained.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user queries through helpdesk and live chat
• Review landing pages, funnels, ad accounts, and emails for setup issues or compliance
• Work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
• Cross-train on multiple products
• Assist in additional tasks such as creating detailed documentation and support articles

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (in any field)
• Exceptional writing abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through email
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Passion for and responsibility towards your position

Salary & Perks

• 30,000/- per month (3,60,000/- per year) CTC, revised based on your performance
