Support Analyst

As a Support / MO Analyst at Arbortec Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali, Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients, setting up and loading funds, and taking responsibility for the support team. Your primary focus will be on analyzing client business requirements, providing solutions with financial and system knowledge, and coordinating with London office/Prime Brokers/Fund Administrator for trade recon and file transfers. Your responsibilities will include process documentation, reconciliation, P&L and NAV calculation, fund accounting, position & cash reconciliation, P&L calculations, FIX, and middle/back office work. Additionally, strong business analysis, technical, and project management skills are essential, along with experience in client-facing roles.
