Role: Web Designer / Developer

Job Requirements:

• Must have over 3+years of Web Designing / Development work experience, including design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive websites/web applications.
• Good knowledge and experiences in using HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, Web API, SQL, C#, ASP.Net.
• Design and maintain visually compelling website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces.
• Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Create responsive designs ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with developers to implement design concepts into functional websites.
• Conduct regular website audits and recommend improvements in UI/UX.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Optimize website and ensure websites follow brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to deliver engaging digital experiences that align with our brand identity and business goals.
• The candidate should be results-oriented, team player and self-motivated with a strong initiative to deliver.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to operate and contribute to a global team and work on your own initiative.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch (or similar).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (knowledge of frameworks is a plus).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, layout, and design standards.
