Support Analyst

As a Support/MO Analyst at Arbortec Systems Pvt. Ltd., based in Mohali (Chandigarh), you will play a crucial role in analyzing client business requirements, implementing solutions in Arbor products/services, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Onboarding new clients and setting up/loading funds - Taking responsibility for the support team - Analyzing client business requirements and providing financial and system solutions - Coordinating with London office/Prime Brokers/Fund Administrator for new connections - Handling process documentation, reconciliation, P&L calculations, NAV calculation, fund accounting, etc. - Maintaining user documentation in line with product developments - Contributing to the AFS Support team's goals To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications/requirements: - UG: B.Tech/BE, B.com - PG: MBA Finance/IB - Strong knowledge of FX, Capital Markets, Money Market, and IR Market - 2-4 years of work experience in FX Market, Capital Market, Hedge Fund - Working knowledge of MS-SQL, MS Office - Understanding of FIX protocol message flow - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to take responsibility for the team Arbortec Systems Pvt.
