As a Support Analyst at GSPANN, your role will involve managing SIEM platforms and administering SharePoint environments to deliver advanced L3 technical support. You will be responsible for ensuring secure, seamless IT operations through incident resolution and cross-team collaboration. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will deliver Level 3 (L3) support for complex technical issues related to Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and SharePoint. Your responsibilities will include overseeing SIEM solutions, handling monitoring, security event analysis, incident response, administering SharePoint environments, and providing user training sessions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver Level 3 (L3) support for SIEM and SharePoint, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal business disruption. - Oversee SIEM solutions, handling monitoring, security event analysis, and incident response. - Administer SharePoint environments including user support, troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization. - Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently. - Apply advanced technical knowledge to identify, analyze, and resolve critical IT challenges. - Keep support documentation accurate and updated. - Coordinate with IT teams to escalate and resolve high-impact issues. - Conduct user training sessions to educate teams on SIEM and SharePoint features. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - 5-7 years of experience in IT support or a closely related role. - Hold certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent. - Strong working knowledge of SIEM platforms and SharePoint administration. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Provide proven L3 technical support for complex infrastructure and application issues. - Adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.,
