What would you do?
The role is to support the trading operations team, ensuring that tasks are undertaken accurately to drive overall performance in the business unit. Support the development of a strong trade plan and support planning and optimizing events to deliver end customer and commercial goals. Use insights and analysis to drive through new initiatives which focus on the customer to drive sales, conversion, customer engagement, and digital participation.
What are we looking for?
Trading Operations
- Manage daily pricing update process for each product, to be shared with Trading teams
- Update reference table templates in Mainframe in line with new / removed data fields (e.g. adding field for new material / packaging type)
- Collate SKU-level data to enable Customs Manifests to be completed in order to move stock, and maintain the Red and Green lists
- Own process for managing Goods Received Notices as stock arrives, in the event that a PO is not found / is not live yet. This process involves creating a dummy PO in order to be able to close it in the system
- Process new users to relevant systems when requested. Amend or remove user access to relevant systems based on ad hoc requests and monthly HR reports
- Follow the agreed Commercial Plan, align on proposed trade plans & promotions at Category level, with SLT sign off, progress reviews / tracking & execution in line with agreed checks Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of key pricing and promotion metrics
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Experience: o 5+ years of experience in product data management, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role o Proven experience in product data management, S&OP processes within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present data to senior leadership Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
- Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
- In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
- You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
