Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in procurement, supply planning, and team leadership, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex supply chain challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

• Oversee procurement activities, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery.

Supply Chain Strategy:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve product availability, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

Data-Driven Decisions:

• Use analytics and reporting to track key performance indicators, monitor supply chain trends, and resolve operational challenges.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement best practices, streamline workflows, and integrate technology solutions to optimize supply chain operations.

Communication:

• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing supply chain team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving efficiency across functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in procurement and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software tools is a plus.
